Back then, i would hate how i look in the mirror. some people would call it body dysmorphia, i don’t want to self diagnosed myself haha. 😂But, there are always something that i’m never satisfied about myself. i thought i’m crazy or something 😂😂 And, People often don’t see me in social events because i’m always anxious about how i look. —
but one thing i learned in my wellness journey is that, when u treat your body good, by eating what’s good for your body, you tend to feel good about yourself. when people see i eat “healthy” they call it a diet, but for me it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle choice. 🌸💕 and today, I do still struggle, but i’m much more confident than i was back then, and i’m thankful i’m able to inspire some of you too. #gratitude
